Dear administrator, turns out, my friend isn't the first owner of Ava. She never received the invoice with the order information when she bought the doll. That means there is no way for me to get the order number! :( I can e-mail you the pictures of my doll and all the parts she came with, maybe that helps. All my friend knows, is that the Original owner bought her in 2016.
